Craniosacral Therapy
Kate
Kate Andrew, CPM has been supporting families on their health and wellness journeys for more than 20 years - in her work at Turning Leaf Chiropractic, she provides that support (for TLC members of all ages) through myofascial work and craniosacral therapy.
"Chiropractic care and bodywork are a perfect pairing. Unwinding our fascia and balancing our craniosacral system helps our bodies and minds relax on a deep level, making our chiropractic adjustments even more amazing and beneficial to our overall health."
A self-proclaimed nervous system nerd, Kate currently lives in Northfield, MN with her two pups, looks forward to the winter and summer months with her college-aged kiddos, and enjoys farming, hiking, and dance parties in the kitchen.
Massage Therapist
Kristina
Kristina attended Sister Rosalind Gefre’s School of Professional Massage and graduated in November 2001. Her calling to massage therapy came from several life events lining up making it apparent that this is where she was meant to be.
“I enjoy working with a variety of people from children to the elderly. I feel I have a strong calling to pregnant women as well as those who like to receive deep tissue massage.”
Kristina offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal and Trigger Point Massage. She likes to address specific problem areas such as headaches, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, etc.
Massage Therapist
Delci
Delci attended St Paul Community College and graduated with a Certificate in Massage Therapy in May of 2018. After being a recipient of massage over the course of eight years and her interest continually growing.
It wasn't until she saw the life-changing benefit of pain management from massage therapy for her mother after a knee replacement surgery that she knew that this was a path she needed to follow, even with having a full-time career in Public Safety as a 911 Dispatcher.
"My favorite thing about massage therapy is being able to see and hear the progress with my clients; seeing and feeling the change in the muscle tissue is incredibly rewarding. I have a strong calling to those who suffer from stress or injury. Many clients have told me they enjoy that I can provide a deep tissue massage while still being able to relax throughout the session."
Delci offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sport, Trigger Point and Pre-Natal Massage. She likes to address any problem areas specifically in the hips, back, and neck and often tends to find areas of tension that you may not even be aware of.

Massage Therapist
Stephanie
My journey to a career in massage therapy began with finding it the most effective way for me to manage my own chronic pain and fatigue. Inspired by the healing in my own life, I felt called to help others manage their health, stress, and pain through therapeutic massage.
I graduated from the Denver School of Massage in 2016, specializing in structural myofascial release of the muscle tissue and trigger point therapy combined with relaxing techniques at any desired pressure. In addition, with other modalities such as sports massage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, shiatsu, and stretching. You'll have a tailored massage to appease your body and mind!

She has experience working in both the hospital inpatient and outpatient clinic settings where she witnessed how patients significantly benefited from integrated medical care. Marie is happy to be working with the team of providers at Turning Leaf Chiropractic to support her patient’s individual care needs to help them regain function and feel their best.
Marie received her master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University and her doctorate degree from Pacific College of Health and Science. Incorporating Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine into your care routine can help to keep you healthy, combat illness and disease, and support healing and recovery. Illness, injury and disease are often multifaceted, therefore, utilizing several modalities in a combined treatment approach supports a patient’s ability to heal most effectively. Marie is passionate about supporting her patients to take an active role in their health and believes that when you make the choice to prioritize taking care of yourself, you can drastically improve your quality of life.
Marie is married and has two teenage boys and a rescue dog named Kali. Her boys are in multiple sports, and she enjoys watching them compete. In her free time Marie also enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, walking, biking, working out at the gym with her husband and reading a good book.
